They are hosting a grand opening party on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m. The party is sponsored by Atlanta Magazine. It will feature a summer fashion show, raffle prizes, DJ and food catered by Uncle Julio’s Casa Grande. In addition, all the money raised by the raffle will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Izzy Maternity also has a location in Alpharetta, in North Point Village. About Izzy Maternity: Fashion has been a life-long love for Israel Vahaba, the founder and manager of Izzy Maternity. Born and raised in Israel, he loved to help his mother, a dressmaker, design and make clothing. After marrying, Vahaba moved to Atlanta, Ga. in the 1970s. While working at a men's clothing store, Vahaba recognized a major need in this market for quality maternity clothing and supreme customer service for expecting mothers. He has been in the maternity clothing business for over 20 years with stores at Perimeter and Gwinnett Place Malls before moving to North Point Mall, a location more convenient to many of his customers. Maternity clothing styles and lines have come and gone during Vahaba's years in the business, but his attention to his customers and love for quality fashion has remained constant. She will then use her stock of charms to create a necklace that reflects your individuality. (additional $10 charge for charms). 4. Is the necklace heavy? It depends on your items. Jen will use her discretion when it comes to the weight of your necklace. 5. How long and thick is the chain? The chain is approximately 27 inches long and is very sturdy. It will hang about an inch above your belly button. Please specify if you prefer different length. 6. What if my jewelry is tarnished and tangled? Jen will polish it and untangle it for you.
